Welcome to the cottage at the 4 Seasons of Colorado Provençal, our charming cottage located in Rustrel, in the heart of the Luberon, in the Vaucluse.

Are you dreaming of a holiday in Provence, between ochre landscapes, nature, sun and Provençal villages? Our holiday rental welcomes up to 6 people, with family or friends, in a quiet and pleasant environment.

Its exceptional asset: the Colorado Provençal of Rustrel is in the immediate vicinity of our holiday home! Enjoy an ideal location to discover the emblematic landscapes of Provence while enjoying comfortable accommodation with its private pool.

Make the most of the sunny days thanks to our large private swimming pool of 10 × 5 meters, with LED lighting, and our pleasant outdoor area.

In particular, you will have:

* A large terrace with garden furniture and teak table.
* Sunbeds with cushions and large parasols.
* A solar shower and a gas barbecue with plancha.
* A lighted garden and a relaxation area under a mulberry-plane tree.
* Swings for children.

After a day of hiking or exploring the Luberon, relax by the pool in a peaceful setting.

Two private and free parking spaces are also available.

A welcome adapted to families with babies
Travel lighter! On request, we provide you with a baby cot with a real mattress, a high chair, a bathtub and utensils suitable for toddlers.

Pets are welcome
We accept pets at no extra charge, under certain conditions. A maximum of 2 pets are usually accepted; for 3 pets, please consult us in advance.

For everyone's comfort, pets must not access the pool. Simple rules also apply to their presence in the house and the collection of droppings. Bags are provided free of charge. They can be left alone if NOT DESTRUCTIVE.

Rental Rates
*July and August: €2,023 per week.
*May, June and September: €1,283 per week.
*April and October: €833 per week.
*Off-season and winter: rates from €79 to €89 per night depending on the period, with one-off offers likely to be offered at €59.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is planned out of season, depending on availability and booking conditions.

A supplement of €20 per night per person applies from the fifth person.

The cleaning fee is €60 per stay.

The tourist tax and ancillary costs are added to the total amount of the reservation according to the applicable conditions. Bed linen is mandatory (€2 per person per night). Towels are optional (€1 per person per night).

Our 82 m² house includes:
* 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds that can be joined.
* A comfortable sofa bed to complete the capacity.
* A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, multifunction oven and fridge-freezer.
* A bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and first aid kit.
* Separate toilet.
* Reversible air conditioning and an automatic pellet stove, with pellets provided free of charge.
* A 55-inch flat screen TV, satellite channels, Blu-ray player and board games.
* A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
* Indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, with an optimized connection of up to 150 Mbps.

Practical conditions and booking
Arrival:
* From November to April inclusive: between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.
* The rest of the year: between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Late or earlier arrival, around 4 pm when the accommodation is ready, can be considered on request.

Check-out: between 8 am and 10 am. Early check-out can be arranged upon request.

Means of payment: bank transfer, cheque, paper and digital ANCV holiday vouchers, PayPal between relatives, cash and Wero ( 0618533245 )

Deposit: €600. When paid in cash, it is returned on the day of departure; when paid by cheque, it is returned within 48 hours at the latest, subject to the condition of the accommodation.

Cancellation: up to one month before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded or the dates can be postponed, according to your choice. Beyond this period, a refund is also provided if the period can be re-rented at the same rate, according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking.
